Parking is free for registered Ulmer Hütte guests. We kindly ask you you to leave your car on the western space in front of the large building.

Luggage: 
Smaller items for short stays can conveniently be transported on Valfagehrbahn chair lift.

You can use our Cable Car to transport larger items for small extra charge. No luggage transport serive is available between 11:00am and 2:00pm.

You will find our Cable Car on the Arlberg Pass Road between St. Christoph and Alpe Rauz.

Lift Tickets: 
A lift ticket window is located at the Alpe Rauz Car Park. For details on rates please contact the Arlberg Mountain Railways.
 
If you do not wish to hit the slopes on your day of arrival, you can take an uphill ride on Valfagehrbahn chair lift using a postdated ticket between 4:00pm and 4:15pm. Registered guests must have a valid lift ticket.

Please note that we are obliged to report guests without valid lift tickets to the Arlberg Mountain Railways.

• Winter sports gear is required for a ride on Valfagehrbahn chair lift!
• The last ride departs the base terminal by 4:15pm!

Please present your booking confirmation upon buying your lift tickets at the ticket window of Alpe Rauz. Please see that the cashier stamps your confirmation. This stamp must be presented upon check-in.

Staying with us on Ulmer Hütte in the winter you need a valid lift ticket.

Uphill Rides: 

The Valfagehrbahn chair lift conveniently whisks you up the mountain. From the top terminal, continue to Ulmer Hütte on foot or on skis (Schindlergratbahn – last uphill ride at 4:00pm; Arlenmähderbahn – last uphill ride at 4:10pm). A detailed trail map is available from each ticket window.

Miscellaneous: 
There are several points to remember that will make a stay much more pleasant for all who are staying at Ulmer Hütte. Following our few basic Hut Etiquettes which are available on your room will ensure you and your family or friends always have a great time together.

Please note that you are not allowed to bring alcoholic drinks to the Hut!  

Cancellation of a booking:

In the case of cancellations, the general Austrian hotel contract conditions apply!

Travel insurance:

We recommend that you take out travel insurance for your planned vacation!
